"I called in the morning when they opened.Bob, one of the owners answered the phone.I explained my problem and he said that they were booked out for two weeks.He thought it would only take a half hour to fix mine so he said bring it in and maybe get it worked it in next couple of days.That will be great.Later that afternoon he called and said it was done but the repair took three times longer than first thought.It was done.Same day. Bob is one of the owners.He did the job himself to make it work for me.

"My husband and I bought a 2008 Polaris 500 Touring machine and absolutely love it.
We went in just looking, not sure if we were going to be able to make the purchase or not. Scott spent about 45 minutes telling us all about the machine and explaining all the details. It was way past closing time, yet he didn't rush us out the door.
That alone made us decide we were going to get the machine there and no where else.
We really appreciated his time and everyone at Quam's made us feel at home.
I took the machine out Memorial Day weekend and it was everything Scott said it would be and more. I couldn't be happier with it!

"My son bought me a new Ranger as a gift in 2007. Since I owned it I had several occurances with it blowing belts and motor mounts. Since I live so far away from Quams , I had it serviced three times at two different dealers in the upper penninsular of michigan and continued to have issues with it. I finially contacted Quams for assistance. Even though my machine was out of warrenty, They responded emeadiately and contacted technical services at Polarisfor assistance. The situation was resolved in short order and Polaris re-imbursed me for all the belts and motor mounts that failed.Quams is a TOP NOTCH DEALER in my book. They are very courtious ,professional and believe in total customer satisfaction. As I have told the owners at Quams , I will buy my next machine from them with out hesitation and will highly recomend their dealer ship to all my friends in the upper penninsula."

Thought I'd let you know how impressed I was with the personal service you gave me a couple of weeks back.I was looking to replace my prop and tried 3 times, to no avail, of finding the correct one at West Marine. (Although each time they swore they had the right one "according to their book"). I decided to stop in to your shop and see what you could do. Within 15 minutes you immediately had the correct prop. Not only did you have it in stock, but you took the time to go out and show me step by step the correct way of putting it on my motor, free of charge. So not only did you get me up and running again, but now I have the knowledge of how to do it myself in the future. I truly appreciate the extra effort you put in to taking care of me as a customer. It's hard to find that kind of personal service these days. I will be returning to Quams for everything I ever need for my boat. Thanks again John and keep on doing what you are doing!"

"I purchased an ATV last year to plow snow from my driveway. I was driving a little quicker than reccomended and busted my plow. I authorized them to make repairs up to $650 which I was quoted from a Madison dealer. They finished it ahead of schedule and the total charge only came to $481.00. They could have charged another 100 bucks and I still would have been thankful. That's great service with integrity. You can't get those ingredients in Madison. You can really trust Quams to get you a fair deal on anything!"
